I'm really stressed i have two kids with no one to care for them should things not go my way in court?

i've also reported this woman who filed a claim for agg harass against me. she has approached me with my children threatining to beat me up. she had another female and her son hold her back. so i told the officers this . i also had a witness and she explained this to the officer. nothing has come of my complaints. they told me she needs to be caught in the act. so i said i will keep my cell phone charged and record her the next time. she cant seem to help herself from threatining me. i need to know under what grounds was she able to recieve a subponea against me. soooo stressed. please help!!!!
