How do I tell my coven I think the Buddhist path is better for me?

I've been in Wiccan seminary training for the past four years and don't know how to tell my coven (whom I love and respect as my second family) that I think Buddhism would be a better path for me. I'm about to take my 3rd degree test to be Wiccan clergy but there is so much about the religion that is just to "religiony" for me. Aspecting the great spirit into a god and goddess (while necessary for some) seems like a barrier to broader enlightenment; casting circles, altar tools, elemental spirits, etc etc etc...I find it completely needless and further from my own personal truths. But, how do I tell my HPS (high priestess) that she's wasted four years training me and I want out right before I'm supposed to get my final elevation? BTW, this is not an opportunity to convert me to christianity...so please don't try.
