When getting married, does it matter which church you were confirmed in?

I am currently enrolled in confirmation classes at my church, which is a Methodist church. My fiance was confirmed in a traditional Catholic church. When it comes time to have our wedding, is there going to be issues when looking for a church because we are confirmed in different churches? Or does it vary by the church and the clergy members?
